Welcome the first combat ready female Army Rangers. Kristen Griest and Shaye Haver have completed the training which includes combat water survival, an obstacle course with barbed wire, mountaineering training, combat technique training and combat patrol missions with air assault operations. One is a 1st Lieutenant and the other a Captain. Haver is a AH-64 Apache helicopter pilot.
Woman are still banned from serving in direct front-line combat and special operations units but there is a movement for change.
